Hoor Educations Private Limited is an independent appliance repair service. We are not affiliated, authorized, or endorsed by any brands such as Bosch, Siemens, Whirlpool, IFB, or LG. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Services Offered

We provide inspection, repair, and maintenance services for a variety of household appliances. Services are provided based on the issue reported by the customer and are subject to technician diagnosis.

User Responsibilities

Allow safe access to the appliance for inspection and repair
Pay all applicable service and repair fees

Payments and Fees

Service fees must be paid as agreed at the time of booking or completion of service. Additional charges may apply for parts, labor, or complex repairs. No refunds are issued for diagnostic services once performed.

Warranties and Limitations

We provide a limited warranty on certain repairs, which will be specified on the invoice.
We do not provide manufacturer warranties or brand-authorized services. The use of non-original parts may void any brand warranties.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hoor Educations Private Limited shall not be liable for:

Any indirect or consequential loss
Warranty voids from using third-party services
Pre-existing appliance damage or issues not caused by our services

Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a service at least 4 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a visit fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to technician availability or unforeseen circumstances.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes are effective once posted on our website. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Bangalore High Court.
