Billing Policy
General Billing Terms
- All services are billed based on a combination of diagnostic, labor, parts, and travel (if applicable).
- An itemized invoice will be provided at the completion of each job.
- All charges will be explained to the customer before service is performed, and no work will begin without customer approval.
Diagnostic Fee
- A non-refundable diagnostic fee is charged for troubleshooting and identifying appliance issues.
- If the customer proceeds with the repair, this fee may be credited toward the final invoice.
Labor Charges
- Labor charges are based on the complexity and duration of the service.
- A standard labor rate applies for the first hour, with incremental charges for each additional 30 minutes.
- Emergency or after-hours services may be billed at a higher rate.
Parts Charges
- Replacement parts will be billed separately and are subject to availability and supplier pricing.
- All parts are itemized on the invoice.
- A deposit may be required for ordering special or high-cost parts.
Travel/Call-Out Charges
- A call-out or travel fee may be applied for services outside our standard service area.
- This will be disclosed before the appointment is confirmed.
Taxes
- All invoices are subject to applicable state or local sales taxes, which will be clearly indicated.
Invoice Delivery
- Invoices are provided via email, printed copy, or customer portal (if applicable) upon job completion.
- For commercial accounts, consolidated monthly invoices can be arranged.
