
Refund Policy
At Hoor Educations Private Limited, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to deliver quality repair services and parts. However, we understand that issues may arise. Please review our refund policy below:
Non-Refundable Fees
- Diagnostic fees are non-refundable, even if the customer decides not to proceed with the repair.
- Labor charges for completed work are non-refundable unless the issue is directly related to a technician error.
2. Refund on Parts
- Refunds on parts are only issued if:
- The part was defective upon installation.
- The part ordered was incorrect and not compatible with the appliance.
- Parts must be returned in unused, original condition for a refund, unless installed and found faulty.
- Shipping or restocking fees may apply depending on supplier terms.
Warranty-Based Rework
- If an issue reoccurs within the warranty period (typically 30 to 365 days, depending on service), we will:
- Re-inspect the appliance at no additional cost.
- Re-perform the service or replace the faulty part if found defective.
- No refund will be given if the issue is covered by our service warranty and can be resolved through rework.
Service Cancellation
- No charge if cancelled at least 12 hours in advance.
- A cancellation fee may apply for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis in the following cases:
- Proven technician error that caused additional appliance damage.
- Incorrect billing or overcharge.
- Service not delivered as agreed.
